How fast can my office start ordering?
After you register, a TiffinStash team member will contact you within 24 to 48 business hours, sign your company up, and then ordering can usually begin within the next 24 hours after setup is complete.
How is billing handled?
Each office order checks out like a normal order, using credit card, debit, or invoice billing for larger accounts. We can also issue consolidated weekly or monthly invoices for finance teams.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the GTA, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Oakville, and surrounding areas. Ground-level drop-offs are available, and upstairs delivery can be added for a small per-day fee.
Do you support dietary preferences?
Yes. TiffinStash can support common office meal needs such as vegetarian, Jain, Swaminarayan, Halal-friendly, vegan, healthy meals, and multiple regional cuisines depending on active kitchens in your delivery area.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
There is no long-term contract required to register. Office accounts can place orders as needed, subject to delivery minimums, kitchen availability, and the order cutoff time.
