Consistency We aim to keep delivery around the same time each day. Your first delivery typically sets the reference timing (±1 hour). Delays Late Delivery Compensation beyond the committed delivery range, including the ±1 hour variation, as follows: - 60+ mins late: 500 TiffinStash points
- 90+ mins late: Full tiffin compensation (added to the plan / next delivery for trial)
Free delivery Ground-level drop-offs only. Upstairs Weekly/Monthly: $1.99/day Please Note • We cannot accommodate any preferred delivery time slot due to our sequential delivery system.
• Please do not include the address in delivery instructions, as it will be collected at checkout.
• For in-person delivery, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes before leaving the tiffin at a safe place.- Next-day orders must be placed before 9:00 PM
- Future start dates can be selected
- Trial plans are single-day meals
- Weekly/Monthly plans allow skip, pause, or changes
- Order changes must be requested before 9:00 PM
- E-transfer payments received after 9:00 PM will be cancelled
- Extra items can only be ordered with a main tiffin plan from the same seller
- Orders without a main tiffin, with an incorrect address, outside the delivery area, or similar errors are void and non-refundable
- Cancellation fee is $5 for trial orders and $10 for all other orders
