- Order changes must be requested before 9:00 PM
- E-transfer payments received after 9:00 PM will be cancelled
- Extra items can only be ordered with a main tiffin plan from the same seller
- Orders without a main tiffin, with an incorrect address, outside the delivery area, or similar errors are void and non-refundable
- Cancellation fee is $5 for trial orders and $10 for all other orders
