90+ mins late:Full tiffin compensation (added to the plan / next delivery for trial)

• We cannot accommodate any preferred delivery time slot due to our sequential delivery system. • Please do not include the address in delivery instructions, as it will be collected at checkout. • For in-person delivery, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes before leaving the tiffin at a safe place.

Trial plans are single-day meals
Weekly/Monthly plans allow skip, pause, or changes
Order changes must be requested before 9:00 PM
E-transfer payments received after 9:00 PM will be cancelled
Extra items can only be ordered with a main tiffin plan from the same seller
Orders without a main tiffin, with an incorrect address, outside the delivery area, or similar errors are void and non-refundable
Cancellation fee is $5 for trial orders and $10 for all other orders
