Dinner delivery timing has changed to 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM EST.
We want to ensure your dinner arrives on time, regardless of weather conditions, traffic congestion, or unforeseen incidents. By starting deliveries earlier, we can better manage delays caused by snow, rain, rush-hour traffic, or roadblocks, allowing backup drivers to step in when needed. With this adjustment, we aim to complete all deliveries by 7:30 PM, with a rare extension to 8:30 PM in extreme cases, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience for you.

Why a 6-Hour Delivery Window?
Unlike traditional food delivery systems, TiffinStash follows a long-distance delivery model. This allows us to bring you home-style meals from tiffin sellers that may be further away from your location. Your tiffin could be coming from a different city—for example, you could be in Brampton while your selected tiffin provider is in Scarborough. To accommodate this, we provide a broader delivery window.

What to Expect?
While we operate within a 6-hour window, most deliveries occur within a consistent 2-hour timeframe on a daily basis. If you receive your tiffin around 4:00 PM the first day, your future deliveries will likely be around the same time, ± 1 hour window.
With this adjustment, we are now able to complete deliveries by 7:30 PM (with a possible buffer of ± 60 minutes, up to 8:30 PM in extreme conditions).
