Seller Management Specialist (Remote Position - India)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Seller Management Specialist to join our growing team in a remote capacity (night shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST). This role plays a crucial part in expanding our seller base and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Here, you'll wear multiple hats: explaining our marketplace models, assisting with signup and contract processes, and guiding new sellers through onboarding steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Seller Expansion
    • Explain the benefits and requirements of our three seller models (details to be provided during training) to potential sellers.
    • Craft clear and concise signup documents tailored to each seller model.
    • Facilitate the contract signing process, ensuring all agreements are reviewed and signed electronically.
  • Seller Onboarding
    • Share essential onboarding materials like product listing guides, pricing strategies, and promotional tools with new sellers.
    • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to walk new sellers through our platform, policies, and best practices for success.
  • Night Shift Operations
    • Manage seller-related activities during the night shift, ensuring uninterrupted support for onboarding and ongoing seller needs.
  • Process Improvements
    • Identify areas for improvement in the seller signup and onboarding process and suggest streamlining methods.
    • Research and propose tools or automation that can enhance seller onboarding efficiency.
  • Compliance & Policies
    • Ensure all onboarding and seller interactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of all seller information and data.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using email, online collaboration tools, and document editing software (e.g., Google Suite).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
