• We cannot accommodate any preferred delivery time slot due to our sequential delivery system. • Please do not include the address in delivery instructions, as it will be collected at checkout. • For in-person delivery, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes before leaving the tiffin at a safe place. |
- Next-day delivery orders must be placed before 9:00 PM.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will start the following day.
- Taste Drive plans are non-refundable and cannot be skipped, paused, or customized.
- Extras are not available for Taste Drive plans.
- Cancellations/Refunds due to wrong order, or any other reason will incur a $10 fee.
